Trevor & Chloe
Trevor & Chloe live next to the small town of Walla Walla, Washington. They both work in education and love working with children and young adults. Chloe is the owner of Enable Art and teaches art to students of all ages and has always had the desire to write and illustrate her own children’s book. With Chloe’s character designs, book outline, and creative mind and with Trevor’s story building, imaginative brain, and wordsmithing, they decided they would make the perfect team for writing and illustrating children’s books. They are excited to see where the world of Unfolded Fables take them and are so excited to have you join them on this journey.

Chloe has owned and operated Enable Art, an art and photography company, for over 12 years. She enjoys teaching art to students of all ages while creating artwork for companies, clients, family and friends.
Chloe went to school for business and loves starting and creating new things. She has always thought it would be fun to create, write, illustrate, edit, publish and market her own children’s book. “Chloetta’s MooOOove-In Party” is the culmination of 3 years of hard work and showcases her amazing talent for bringing beauty into whatever she touches. From start to finish she has done it with the help of friends, family and some amazing local businesses in Walla Walla, WA.

Trevor Congleton works in education and has a love for working with students. When Chloe decided she wanted to write and illustrate her own book he was her biggest fan and support. Since Trevor does editorial work in his main job he was used to helping proofread Chloe’s promotional flyers, website, and the digital ads she would make for her business. When she came to ask for help editing her story he started reading through it and making suggestions and edits, most importantly his suggestion to make the story rhyme. As he was making changes, Chloe could see that he was a natural and brought a special finishing touch to her original story. He would go on to help her with the writing and editing so that she could focus on the design and marketing of the children’s book.
Trevor has grown up loving to read and has an incredible mind for creating new worlds and coming up with fun and engaging original characters. Chloe has always wanted to have him write stories but since he has a full time job it’s been hard for him to find the time and space to create. So, when he agreed to help Chloe with her book she knew it would be a match made in heaven.
