The Inspiration for Chloetta’s MooOOove-In Party

Chloetta Cow was originally known as Baby Cow and was initially created back in 2009 for a high school science poster that Chloe had created to depict the nitrogen cycle. After completing her poster Chloe fell in love with Baby Cow’s posture and her one floating eye. She found herself drawing different versions of Baby Cow over the next few years anytime that she would doodle or wanted to relax and draw. Baby Cow would come to represent Chloe’s love for art at a young age.

The name, “Chloetta”, is actually a nickname that Chloe was given from her Grandpa Johnson. Ever since she was little he would call her “Chloetta”, and it was always a special name that only he would use for her. As she went about creating her book she decided that the first picture would be that of Baby Cow, and decided to name her after her childhood nickname. This is how Chloetta Cow was born and she has come to represent Chloe’s love for art and her love for her family.

Since each of the animals in “Chloetta’s MooOOove-In Party” represent some of the important people in Chloe’s life this book has come to showcase the importance of having healthy friendships and being part of a strong welcoming community. One of Chloe’s favorite things to do is make new friends and invite them to come over to her home. She wanted to create a book that talked about the importance of putting yourself out there, being inclusive and loving to others, and creating a healthy community of people that care about you and give back the love you have to share.

“Chloetta’s MooOOove-In Party” is about trying new things, loving others no matter what size, shape, or background and making sure people know they are needed no-matter what they have to offer.
